If you have received a bill from Patient Billing, this is because your medical provider has chosen to provide you with a first class medical experience not only during your treatment but well beyond the date of your service. You should locate your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) provided by your health insurance carrier to compare with your bill.
An Explanation of Benefits (EOB) is provided to the patient following an appointment, procedure or surgery to make clear which portions of the cost of services are to be paid by the insurer as well as the portion that must be paid by the patient based on the terms of the policy. Keep in mind that the coverage levels of your policy are negotiated between the patient and carrier and that the provider works diligently to operate within policy guidelines.
You can contact Patient Billing by telephone at 866.491.4366 between the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. CST, Saturday. You can also contact Patient Billing at: firstname.lastname@example.org
You can locate your provider’s contact information on communication sent out from Patient Billing or you can type the name of your provider into a search engine, which will likely display contact information for your provider there.
As you navigate throughout the Patient Billing website, you will have the ability to make a payment, schedule a billing reminder, report a concern, and understand your bill.
You can make a payment directly through the Patient Billing website by clicking on the “Make a Payment” tab or you can dial in and speak to a representative in the call center to make a payment.
